I get this when I open a particular project The project load fails about 40% and does not open in Sisu2008 p.s. this is not the same project - a CHM source - which we discussed recently; that problem is fixed for v2008 I am way for some time now, and will hand over our deployment to two colleagues - I will keep tabs on these posts though. I found the reason and fixed. It will be fixed the the build 268. You shuolf to wait to the next build. I you can't wait there is a word around. It needs some manual editing. You should open you project file (.SLP) into a text editor and edit some TStringLink field to TStringRow. I can give you specific instructions if you like.
