Is there a way to block the option of changing the software forms/interface layout on the file that being export to the translator?

 At this current version (1.6.19) there is now way. But it is easy to implement and I'll do that to the next build. We will release it on next week

 When you import translations sent by translator you can only import strings. This way any layout changes made by trasnaltor won't come to your master project.
