Dear,

I come across a problem when I do field localization using Sisulizer.

I have a table named scenario_init_t which has four fields and I add additional four fields for localization as shown in the attachment. Sisulizer ask me select one field as language id field if I want to proceed continue steps (If i do not select one field as language id field, the button "next" is unavialable). My question is that language id field is for row localization, does filed localization also need language id field?

Is there good examples on Filed localization?

It is my pleasure to get your help ASAP.

Hi Paul,

you might have read this page:

http://www.sisulizer.com/localization/software/server-desktop-database.shtml

It shows how the database tables should look like.

Also there is a sample in the Sisulizer directory under \Database\Field.

If you look at the sample file coming with Sisulizer you see that it has a row id. Sisulizer needs a row id as unique context for the translation in field mode. It seems that Sisulizer did not switch to field localization because of the missing row id. Please try to add an unique id field to the database and then retry.

Best

Markus
