Hi,

Im currently evaluating your software. While working a few hours with it i realized a  tool like this is just what i need for my company. However there are some htings that i cannot get to work like i would expect.

My main issue right now is that i have some .RESX files with my original en-US language and some translated da-DK files with the danish translations. It would be nice to get it all imported to sisulizer but i cannot get it to work.

I used Add source > localize all similar files in directory > choose *.resx in one of my ressource folders > click next > a box appears telling me if i want to import the existing translations > click yes > however NONE of the danish translations are imported and the whole column with danish is empty.

I have tried to use the import functionality using the menu > column > import > import from file > click file > tried various settings > and click finish but with no result > the danish column is still empty all the way down

I would not feel comfortable to use/buy your software if i cannot import existing resx files.

Am i doing something wrong? I have been looking at the help files but it has not really provided any usefull insight.

Using Sisulizer enterprise version 1.6.13

Hi,

It should work like you expect when you have more than one resx file.

If yes, did you select the corresponding node in the project tree, when you use the import function?

I have tried to use the import functionality using the menu > column > import > import from file > click file > tried various settings > and click finish but with no result > the danish column is still empty all the way down

What exactly did you do? Did you select the danish resx file for the selected en-US resx?

If yes, and it still does not work, we have to take a look at the files.

Please send the resx files, and the project to support (at) sisulizer dot fi

Thank you for your co-operation.

Best,
Renate

There is a bug in Sisulizer that makes importing in this case to fail. I will fix this in 1.6.14 that will come out next week.
