Hi,

I like the auto-translate feature.  I am using it with Microsoft Terminology.  I particularly like how Sisulizer asks when there are a couple of possible ways to translate.

However, what that means is I really need my translators to run the auto-translate.  How do I get the Microsoft Terminology to my translators?  I was unable to find a way to do that with the Exchange Wizard.

Thanks

David

You have few different choices:

1) Instruct your translators to import the same MS glossary file into their TM. You can include the MS glossary file into the exchange package using the Pacage files sheet (see screen shot). When translators install the package it will extract the .csv file into the target directory.

2) Make a backup file from your TM (Tools | Translation Engines -> Tools and click Write a backfile ...). Your translator can the restore the TM using Tool | Translation Engines -> Tools and click Replace ...

You can include the file in the same way as .csv.

We will implmement automatic TM content exchanging with the exchange package in near future.
