What is the equivalent of the Multilizer "Do not translate" row status? Is it read-only or what. "Do not translate" is a bit clear as you specify why the row cannot be translated while readonly just specifies that you cannot change it and not why.

It is "Read only". It acts like Multilizer's "Do not translate". We can rename it to "Do not translate" with next major release of Sisu.

Well it is slightly confusing what read-only means. Does it mean that I cannot change the values but that it will use the translated string if one was entered? If you say "do not translate" it indicates that regardless if you have translated the row or not, it will not use that translation.
