How can the column "line comment" be shown automatically when I send the project to the translator? The translator should not have to use the commands to insert this column. how can this be done automatically?

Georg

Hello,

Sisuluzer saves project UI settings to additional file with extension SDS. This file has always this same name as project name and is saved in this same directory as project. So when you send your project file without SDS file, Sisulizer use default settings and after opening your translator won’t see your sheet columns layout with e.g. added Row comment column. I have two advices for you for resoling this problem:

1. If you export project without installer, simply open exported project, add comment column via sheet toolbar “Sheet columns” icon, save project and send project file with SDS file.

2.If you, export project as installer package you could add in the next to last step of Exchange Wizard SDS file of your project. SDS file should to have this same name as project send to your translator. SDS file after installation of package on translator PC will be automatically copied to subdirectory with project. Of course, you could use also this method for project exported without installer.

Best,
janusz
