Hi I am new to Sisulizer and have some legacy VB6 applications to translate. I have a VB6 application where the form and control captions are contained in the .frm files, Sisullizer presents the captions for translation as expected. However dynamic strings, constructed at runtime in code, have been placed in a resource file attached to the project. 'Resources.res' shows as a related document in the vbp project and naturally code loads strings form the resource file at runtime. Problem is, when I add the project to sisulizer, it does not see the resource file. Why is this? Last edited on Fri Oct 10th, 2008 04:20 pm by ryardley |

Hi, if you add a VB6 project Sisulizer does source code localization and expects all strings in the source files. You can easily add your resource file to your existing project if you use Project - Add Source. Your project will then have two sources: VB6 plus your Resource file. Hope this helps Markus

Thanks Marcus, I was in too much of a hurry; hadn't saved the project with the added resource file.
